Wastewater Committee
The Wastewater Committee shall, in conjunction with the Borough Manager and the Wastewater Manager, oversee the administration and operations of the wastewater plant in accordance with the agreements set forth between the Borough and the Columbia Municipal Authority and all applicable federal and state laws governing wastewater plant operations. The Committee shall attend to all duties which may properly be referred to such Committee by Council and shall comply with and enforce all laws and ordinances relating to wastewater operations.
