- Administrative Approval for HARB / Zoning Permit
- Construction Fence
- Construction Trailer
- Decks
- Driveways
- Dumpster / Pods
- Fences
- Fire Pit/Chiminea
- Roof Replacement / Repair (building permit required if more than 1/2 plywood removed)
- Sheds
- Sidewalks / Walkways (not in the road right-of-way)
- Sign
Building Permit would NOT be required for the following :
- Carpeting, cabinets, counter tops, painting, and similar finishing work
- Counters and Partitions not exceeding 5 ft. and 9 inches in height
- Electrical repair and maintenance
- Emergency repairs
- Fences
- Heating appliance
- Playsets
- Prefabricated swimming pools which are less than 24 inches deep, and do not exceed 5,000 gallons
- Portable cooling unit
- Portable ventilation equipment
- Retaining walls (not over 4 ft. in height)
- Sidewalks / Driveways
- Shade cloth structures for agricultural purposes
- Window awnings
- Window replacement (without structural changes)
