Comprehensive Plan Ad Hoc Committee
Columbia 2040 is the name of the Borough's new comprehensive plan; or, more accurately the name of the community outreach and planning process the Borough has started to create a new comprehensive plan. The Ad Hoc committee was put together to guide this effort.
