River Park Advisory and Revitalization Committee
OVERVIEW
River Park Advisory & Revitalization Committee (RPARC) works to improve and enhance the visitor experience at Columbia River park. Over the years, the group coordinated with Columbia Borough on projects like building the Columbia Crossing River Trails Center, rebuilding the boat launch and kayak launch, as well as planning for park expansion. Smaller projects include retaining a new bike rack, adding an outdoor water filling station, and supporting activities at the Columbia Crossing.
