OVERVIEW
The Streetscape Committee works on enhancing the quality of life for all who live, work and visit Columbia Borough by improving the Borough's street design quality and visual appeal . The members review and make recommendations for the Borough's streetscape and maintenance needs and participate in the implementation of community development plans.
