Zoning Hearing Board
OVERVIEW
The Zoning Hearing Hearing Board considers applications for variances and special exceptions to the Borough Zoning Ordinance and in accordance with the PA Municipalities Planning Code. The Board is scheduled the last Wednesday of each month but only convene, if there is an application.
Applicants only need a hearing, when their original permit application is denied by the Zoning Officer. Submittals for a hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board musts be received twenty days before the last Wednesday of the month.
