Columbia Borough Council is looking for two residents and two business leaders to serve on a committee to develop the Borough’s plan for streetscape improvements. This ad hoc committee will guide the development of the Columbia Borough Streetscape Plan. This effort will involve the planning and design of streetscape components to enhance the community’s safety, economic viability, attractiveness, and environmental health.
